Return Policy

For hygienic purposes, we only accept exchanges of tights if merchandise is unworn or defective. Requests for any exchange must be specified via email: info@balletcafenaturals.com; and shipped at the customer's cost to BALLET CAFÉ, PO Box 686, Maple Shade, NJ 08052 within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. Once merchandise has been received and reviewed, based upon customer specification, BALLET CAFÉ will ship new merchandise to replace merchandise (if unworn or factory defect is present), without charging for shipping of new merchandise.
